The PIILK Referral Program lets you refer friends to PIILK and earn rewards. By participating in the program, you agree to the terms below.

How Rewards Work

When a new friend signs up through your personal referral link and completes a first qualifying order, you'll earn a $20 store credit. A reward is issued for each qualifying referral, and there is no cap on the number of referral rewards you can earn.

Payout Timing and Clearing Period

Referral rewards are issued 30 days after the referred friend's first order is delivered. If that order is refunded, canceled, or charged back during this 30-day clearing period, no referral reward will be earned.

Referred Customer Eligibility and One-Time Limit

Referral rewards apply only to new customers acquired through a referral. Existing customers, returning customers, and anyone who has previously purchased from PIILK do not qualify as referred customers.

Only one referral reward may be earned per referred friend. Additional or repeat purchases by the same friend do not qualify for additional rewards.

The referrer and the referred friend may not be the same person and may not use the same address, payment method, or account.

Store Credit Use and Expiration

Your $20 credit is a promotional reward that can be applied toward future purchases at the PIILK store. The credit is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law, and expires 90 days after the date it is issued to you.

Reward Voiding and Reclamation

If a referred friend obtains a refund, cancels their order or subscription, or files a chargeback, the referral will be voided and any reward already issued will be reclaimed. A voided referral will not be reinstated.

Disclosure

If you share your referral link or code publicly or on social media, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with PIILK — including the fact that you receive a referral reward — in accordance with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.

Personal, Unpaid Referrals Only

This program is intended for personal, unpaid referrals only. Rewards earned by running paid advertising to your referral link will not be honored.

Prohibited Conduct

Self-referrals, creating false or duplicate accounts, and any attempt to circumvent or abuse the program are prohibited. Violations may result in forfeiture of rewards and termination of your account.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to referral rewards. PIILK may issue tax forms where required by law.

Program Changes and Termination

PIILK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program and these terms at any time, subject to applicable law.
