PIILK™ Refund & Return Policy

At PIILK, we want every order experience to be simple and straightforward. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review it promptly.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your order. Because PIILK is a consumable food product, you do not need to return the product to request a refund.
To protect against abuse, fraud, or misuse of this Policy, PIILK reserves the right to limit or deny refund requests in unusual or excessive cases, including repeated requests associated with the same customer, household, payment method, or shipping address.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@piilk.com with your order number. You may also include the reason for your request, although this is optional.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Trial 3-Pack ($9.99)
The 3-Bottle Trial is a one-time purchase. If you are not satisfied, you are eligible for a full $9.99 refund within 30 days of delivery.
The $9.99 upgrade credit toward your first 18-pack is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and expires 90 days after your trial purchase date.
18-Pack (One-Time Purchase and Founder Case)
18-Pack orders, including any Founder Case offer, are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. No return is required.
Monthly Subscription
You may cancel or skip your subscription at any time from your account page at no charge.
To avoid being charged for your next order, you must cancel before your next renewal date or before your next subscription order is processed, whichever occurs first.
If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, that order remains subject to the same 30-day money-back guarantee described above.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@piilk.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the issue.
If we confirm the issue, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Limitations
We do not issue refunds for requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date.
We also reserve the right to deny refund requests that are abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this Policy.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
Shipping
All orders ship free within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout, we will notify you and, where required, provide the option to cancel for a full refund.
