PIILK™ Shipping Policy

At PIILK, we aim to make shipping simple and transparent.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery timing.

Shipping Delays

We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe stated on our site and at checkout. If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout or otherwise required by applicable law, we will notify you and, where required, provide the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

PIILK is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at hello@piilk.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Delivered but Not Received

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please first check with your household, building staff, neighbors, or mailroom.

If you still cannot find your package, contact us at hello@piilk.com and we will do our best to assist. However, PIILK is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact hello@piilk.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the issue.

If we confirm the issue, we will send a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return was caused by our error.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly so that they can ship as soon as possible.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. If you need help, please contact hello@piilk.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
