Welcome to PIILK. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the PIILK website, including any purchases made through the site, as well as subscriptions, content, and services offered by PIILK and Armored Fresh Inc.

By accessing or using this website, or by purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website.

Eligibility and Use of the Site

You may use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence, or that you are the age of majority and consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.

You agree not to use the site: for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose; to interfere with or disrupt the site or its security; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or related systems; or to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the site without our prior written consent.

Products and Orders

All products displayed on the site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product descriptions, pricing, packaging, promotions, or availability at any time without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately. However, actual product appearance, packaging, or color may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or parties engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and shipping information. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and recurring charges if you enroll in a subscription.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing, promotions, shipping charges, taxes, or availability, and to update or cancel affected orders where appropriate.

Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Certain products are offered on a recurring subscription basis. When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency disclosed at the time of purchase, until you cancel.

Your first month of subscription starts at $40.41 — 50% off the regular price of $80.82 — and then automatically renews and bills at $71.82 per month ($3.99/bottle) until you cancel.

To avoid being charged for your next order, you must cancel before your next renewal date or before your next subscription order is processed, whichever occurs first. You may cancel or skip your subscription at any time, at no charge, from your account page.

The 50% first-month price applies to new subscribers only and is limited to one per customer, household, payment method, or shipping address. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the first-month discount will not apply again, and the regular subscription price will be charged.

Returning a product does not automatically cancel your subscription. To stop future charges, you must cancel your subscription separately from your account page.

Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled, but those orders remain eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

We may change subscription pricing, billing dates, shipment dates, or subscription terms from time to time. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes before they take effect.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. Delivery dates and shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you at the time we deliver the order to the carrier.

Lost in transit: If your order is lost and carrier tracking does not show it as delivered, please contact us at hello@piilk.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, once confirmed, reship your order or issue a refund.

Lost or stolen after delivery: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after carrier tracking confirms delivery to the address provided. In that case, we recommend filing a report with the carrier and your local law enforcement. We ask for your cooperation, including designating a secure delivery location.

Damaged or incorrect orders: These are handled under the applicable section of our Refund & Return Policy.

Refunds and Returns

Your purchase is subject to our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Refund & Return Policy for details regarding eligibility, time limits, subscription-related refunds, damaged or incorrect orders, and refund limitations.

Promotions, Credits, Discount Codes, and Referrals

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, credits, referral rewards, or other discounts. These offers: may be subject to separate terms and expiration dates; may not be combined unless expressly stated; may be limited to one per customer, household, payment method, or shipping address; may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law; and may be revoked if we determine they were applied through abuse, fraud, or misuse. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.

The following additional terms apply to our referral program:

Eligibility: Referral rewards apply only to new customers acquired through a referral. Existing or returning customers do not qualify as referred customers.
Reward issuance: Referral rewards are issued as store credit after the referred customer meets the qualifying conditions stated in the program details (for example, a qualifying purchase or completed payment). The exact amount, form, and timing of the reward will be disclosed in the program details.
Clawback: If a referred customer obtains a refund, cancels their order or subscription, or files a chargeback, the associated referral reward may be voided or reclaimed.
Disclosure: If you share your referral link or code publicly or on social media, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with PIILK in accordance with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
Personal, unpaid referrals only: This program is intended for personal, unpaid referrals only. Rewards earned by running paid advertising to your referral link will not be honored.
Prohibited conduct: Self-referrals, creating false or duplicate accounts, and any attempt to circumvent or abuse the program are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards and account termination.

Credits are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law, and may be subject to a stated expiration date.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, trademarks, service marks, videos, designs, layout, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Armored Fresh Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. PIILK™, associated logos, and related branding elements may not be used without our prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial use only.

User Content and Feedback

If you submit reviews, comments, testimonials, suggestions, ideas, photos, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from that content in connection with our business, marketing, and operations.

You represent that: you own or control the rights to the content you submit; your content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party; and your content is not false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove or refuse any user content at our discretion.

Health and Product Information Disclaimer

PIILK products are foods or beverages and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any product information on this site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. You should consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any dietary, allergy, or health-related concerns before using our products. You are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list and product labeling before consumption. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions, do not rely solely on general website descriptions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and all products and services made available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except as expressly stated by us and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Armored Fresh Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Armored Fresh Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, savings, or data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the site, your purchase of products, or these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site, any order, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Armored Fresh Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to: your breach of these Terms; your misuse of the site; your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or any content or information you submit to us.

Third-Party Services and Links

This site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, applications, or services, including payment processors, subscription platforms, analytics providers, and social media services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, or operations of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the site and placing orders, you acknowledge that we may collect, use, and disclose your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, cancel orders, or refuse service at any time and without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or used the site in an unlawful or harmful manner. Dispute Resolution

You agree to contact us first at hello@piilk.com to try to resolve any dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or any purchase from us shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. If applicable law prohibits exclusive venue or jurisdiction terms for certain consumer claims, those restrictions will apply only to the extent required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Mobile Messaging (SMS) Terms

The ARMORED FRESH mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by ARMORED FRESH ("we," "us," or "ARMORED FRESH"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

By consenting to ARMORED FRESH's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of ARMORED FRESH to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Your participation is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of the Service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us, or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any message, to cancel. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate them.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the Service.
